Amanda is a professional singer, dancer and actress. She began performing at the age of six in musical theatre, plays, film and television.

She was born and raised in southern California, and has been featured in over 60 productions in the last 20 years.

Favourite leading roles were in productions of Cinderella, Footloose, The Rocky Horror show, Arcadia, Fiddler on The Roof, Fame, Pump Boys and Dinettes, and The Secret Garden.

Amanda graduated with honors from California State University, Fullerton with her Bachelors degree in Theatre Arts. During that time she trained in voice, dance, acting, and directing.

Soon after graduation, she was hired by STILETTO Entertainment to perform aboard luxury cruise ships for Holland America Line, and most notably on the QE2 for CUNARD LINE. For three years she traveled the world as the lead singer and dancer on board, traveling to all 7 continents and over 50 countries all while entertaining thousands of passengers.

She later moved to New York City to continue her theatrical career. She was awarded a scholarship to attend and train at Weist Barron, one of New York Cities most famous film and television training studios. She also continued her training in dance and voice under some of the most reputable instructors in New York.

In the summer of 2008, Cirque Productions debuted on Broadway with Cirque Dreams Jungle Fantasy. After a successful run, this musical theatre cirque show went on tour. Amanda was cast to replace the original singer and composer of the musical and took over as the lead character of “Mother Nature” for the national tour. She was the only vocalist in this production, and toured the United States, Canada, and Puerto Rico. After a successful tour, Amanda was asked to reprise the role at the Trump Taj Mahal Hotel and Casino in Atlantic City, New Jersey. Amanda spent two and a half years working for Cirque Productions touring the country as the vocalist in Cirque Dreams Jungle Fantasy, and Cirque Dreams Holidaze.

Having spent over two decades as a professional performer, Amanda decided to seek new challenges and opportunities in the music industry. She started vocal coaching and sharing her experiences with students on a part-time basis and very soon discovered her passion for teaching. She decided to become a full-time vocal instructor teaching both beginners as well as professional artists. She is experienced in teaching both adults as well as children as young as six years old. She has experience singing and coaching in the following genres: musical theatre, country, pop, rock, jazz, and classical.

Amanda continues to sing and perform on a freelance basis, and enjoys passing on her knowledge to others through song.
